Job Summary : Spixar HumanEdge is hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Developers, Engineers, IT Support, and other IT positions. The role involves hiring for multiple companies, including leading MNC clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Experience with job portals and sourcing tools
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines
