Role Overview

The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and team management of multiple Greenr Cafe outlets across Delhi. The role requires robust leadership, operational understanding, people management, and the ability to maintain brand standards while driving sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets across the region
- Ensure smooth functioning of FOH, kitchen coordination, staffing, and customer service standards
- Monitor sales performance, daily reports, food costs, and operational expenses
- Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads for staffing, training, and operational requirements
- Maintain hygiene, service quality, SOPs, and brand standards across all cafes
- Handle escalations related to customers, staff, and operations when required
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team discipline across outlets
- Ensure proper inventory management, vendor coordination, and stock control




- Work closely with HR, finance, and management teams for payroll, compliance, and operational processes
- Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews
- Drive team motivation and maintain a positive work culture across cafes
- Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and processes

Requirements :

- Previous experience in restaurant/cafe operations management
- Experience handling multiple outlets or teams preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, staffing, and customer handling
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of reporting, budgeting, and operational planning
- Flexible with travel across outlets within Delhi

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
