We are looking for a Lateral Recruiter with proven experience in lateral hiring from a consultancy or BPO background . The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for experienced professionals across multiple roles and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end lateral recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines
- Schedule and manage interviews
- Ensure smooth offer management and joining
- Reduce offer dropouts through consistent follow-ups
Mandatory Requirement
- Experience in lateral hiring from a Consultancy or BPO is mandatory :
- Hands-on experience in volume and target-driven recruitment
