Ensure availability of cups, waffles, cones and other table items of his area are clean and in proper condition before use. Responsible for cash transaction management. Receive orders from guests. Must be able to describe all flavours on the menu to the guest. Familiar with daily specials/items not available before the start of service. Refer complaints on products or service to his manager. Prompt clearance of dirt from the tables/station, dish washing and getting them cleaned. Draw service ware/consumables from main stores as and when requisitioned. Thank and wish the guest before seeing them off. Perform related duties as required.

- Know daily specials and unavailable items before each shift
- Refer any customer complaints to the manager immediately
- Maintain cleanliness of service area, including dishwashing and clearing tables
- Replenish stock of service ware and consumables from main stores
- Greet and thank customers warmly before they leave
- Perform additional duties as assigned
