Job Summary : The Dialysis Technologist performs routine dialysis procedures, monitors patient responses, manages equipment, and ensures adherence to treatment protocols. Plays a key role in daily dialysis unit functions under clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform scheduled hemodialysis sessions as per the prescribed plan.
- Prepare the dialysis machine and patient access points.
- Monitor patient vitals and machine settings during procedures.
- Document treatment data and report abnormalities to the senior technician or nephrologist.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines post-session.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of disposables.
- Follow safety, aseptic, and biomedical waste protocols.
- Provide emotional support and instructions to patients and caregivers.





Qualifications :

- Diploma or B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology
- Should be familiar with RO water systems and machine operation

Experience :

- 1-4 years of experience in a dialysis center or hospital setup

Competencies :

- Proficient in cannulation techniques and machine operation
- Good observation and documentation skills
- Patient-friendly communication and empathy
- Ability to respond quickly to clinical complications
