Supervise the daily production to ensure the manufacturing schedules met on time.

- Allocate tasks to fabricators, welders, and technicians based on project priority.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure zero-defect production.
- Enforce strict industrial safety protocols and ensure all workers use appropriate PPE.
- Track inventory levels of raw steel, components, and consumables to prevent production delays.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance of factory machinery (EOT cranes, welding machines, lathes, etc.).
- Report directly to senior management regarding project timelines and any resource requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education :ITI, Diploma, B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience : 1-4 years

Technical :2D and 3D (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
