Role: Lab Technician & Phlebotomist

Location : MG Road, Camp, Pune (On-site) Clinic :Dr. Love Essentials ( 360° Inner Balance, Outer Radiance**)

The Mission: You are the primary point of contact for the "Inner Balance" side of our clinic. Your role is to ensure that blood collection and sample processing for hormonal profiles, metabolic panels, and wellness screenings are done with the highest level of accuracy, hygiene, and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Expert Blood Collection : Perform painless and efficient venipuncture (phlebotomy) for patients of all ages, ensuring a high "first-stick" success rate.
- Hormonal & Specialized Sampling : Manage specific protocols for hormonal testing (e.g., fasting requirements, specific timing) and ensure samples are preserved correctly for transport.
- Lab Coordination : Liaise with our partner laboratories in Pune to ensure timely sample pick-ups and accurate digital reporting of results.
- Inventory & SOPs : Maintain a sterile environment, manage clinical waste disposal (BMWM), and keep a strict inventory of all lab consumables and collection kits.
- Discreet Patient Care : Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient tests, particularly those related to sexual wellness and hormonal health.

Required Qualifications

- Education :



DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or BMLT from a recognized institution.
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a clinical lab or hospital setting. Experience in a boutique or wellness clinic is a plus.
- Skills : Exceptional phlebotomy skills, knowledge of NABL standards, and basic computer proficiency for report management.
- Language : Ability to communicate clearly in English and Hindi (Marathi is a robust advantage).
