Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and support staff positions.
- Local references and field recruitment drives
- Conduct telephonic and walk-in interviews.
- Coordinate with operations team for manpower deployment at client sites.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills :

- Experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring .




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of local manpower market.
- Ability to work under pressure and close urgent positions.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Field recruitment experience preferred.

Eligibility

- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- 1-3 years experience in manpower recruitment preferred.
- Experience in facility management / staffing industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
