Job Overview

Key Responsibilities - Site Supervision : Manage the deployment of electricians and helpers for daily tasks at Tata Steel/JUSCO sites. - Safety Protocol : Ensure 100% compliance with Zero Harm policies. Responsible for obtaining and closing work permits and ensuring all tools are TPI (Third Party Inspection) certified. - Technical Execution : Interpret electrical layouts and schematics for industrial wiring, street lighting, or substation maintenance. - Material Management : Track material inventory at the site and ensure zero wastage. - Documentation : Maintain Logbooks, Safety Checklists,



and Measurement Books (MB) as required by the client.

Requirements & Qualifications - Education : Diploma or Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering. - Experience : 2-5 years in industrial electrical works. Previous experience working inside Tata Steel or on JUSCO contracts is a major advantage. - Core Skills :

- Expert knowledge of LT/HT distribution and panel maintenance. -Ability to handle "Permit to Work" systems. -Strong leadership skills to manage site labor under pressure. - Mandatory : Familiarity with Jamshedpur industrial geography and safety culture.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
