We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Contractor & Workforce Network Executive to help us build and manage a strong network of workers and contractors across Patna.
The role will involve connecting our company with professionals and service providers involved in home construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance .
You will work closely with: Electricians Plumbers Civil Contractors Masons & Construction Workers Painters Waterproofing Professionals Carpenters Tile & Flooring Workers Fabricators Other skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled workers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard reliable contractors and workers
- Build a strong local contractor/workforce network
- Visit contractors and workers in the field
- Verify basic skills, experience and availability
- Maintain regular communication with the workforce network
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with suitable contractors/workers
- Develop long-term relationships with contractors and service professionals
- Help expand the network across Patna and nearby areas
- Maintain basic records of contractors, workers and their services
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Good communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with field work and meeting people Ability to negotiate and coordinate with contractors/workers Knowledge of the local market and construction workforce is a plus Basic smartphone/computer knowledge Self-motivated and target-oriented Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and field skills
