Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the Chef in preparing and cooking food as per standard recipes.
- Ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
- Assist in stock management and proper storage of ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Commi Chef or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
