- Prepare and assist in cooking biryani varieties, South Indian dishes, and traditional meals.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and food safety standards.
- Support senior chefs during kitchen operations and busy service hours.
- Monitor stock usage and inform the kitchen team about ingredient requirements.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and maintain proper sanitation practices.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in hotels or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of biryani preparation, South Indian cuisine, and meals section.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
