Production & Workflow Management : Develop and execute daily or weekly baking schedules to meet sales demands. Oversee scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, and packaging operations. [1, 2, 3]

- Quality & Safety Control : Enforce rigid compliance with food safety and sanitation standards such as HACCP, GMP, and local health regulations. Conduct quality checks for taste, texture, weight, and shelf-life. [1, 2]
- Inventory & Cost Control : Monitor raw material and packaging inventory, place vendor orders, minimize waste, and track batch costs to maximize profit margins. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and supervise bakers and production staff. Manage shift scheduling, monitor performance, and foster a safe working environment. [1, 2]
- Recipe & Product Development : Assist in standardizing recipes, developing recent SKUs, and improving yield percentages. [1]
