Timings :7:30 AM - 10:30 AM (2-3 hours daily; morning start time is slightly versatile)
Role Overview : We are looking for a reliable and skilled home cook/chef to prepare fresh, hygienic, and nutritious meals for our family. All three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) must be prepared during the morning shift, with the kitchen left spotless before departure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 3 people within the allotted morning hours.
- Ensure meals are well-balanced, age-appropriate (especially for the child), and cater to basic dietary preferences.
- Maintain strict hygiene and leave the cooking area, and counters completely clean after finishing.
- Store prepared meals properly and maintain basic kitchen organization.
- Share grocery lists or ingredient requirements in advance, if needed.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in home cooking, professional kitchens, or catering.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (knowledge of other cuisines is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently and independently within a 2-3 hour window.
- High standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and communicative.
