Responsibilities :

- Cleaning and maintaining train toilets, washbasins, floors, and passenger areas.
- Responding to passenger complaints related to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Performing cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Assisting with basic seat-related maintenance or reporting seat issues when required.
- Ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the train journey.
