Role Description The Quality Control Officer is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for performing routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting laboratory tests, documenting and interpreting results, identifying deviations, and coordinating with production and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, including experience with pharmaceutical quality standards and GMP.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting test results, troubleshooting issues, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills, including handling lab equipment, performing routine assays, and following safety protocols.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, WHO, or local regulatory bodies) and experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven setting.
- Comfort with using basic computer applications and quality management systems for documentation and reporting.
