Role Description The Sales Manager – Cine Equipment role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle for cine and broadcast equipment, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, and closing deals with production houses, studios, rental companies, and media agencies. The Sales Manager will maintain and grow existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate pricing and contracts in alignment with company policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, coordinating with technical and operations teams for solution design and delivery,



monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires participation in industry events, trade shows, and product launches, while consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in cine equipment, broadcast technology, professional camera systems, or related media technology domains.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales, with the ability to handle complex, high-value deals.
- Good understanding of film and video production workflows, basic technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and related cine gear.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear product presentations, proposals, and sales reports, using standard office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Media, or a related field; relevant industry certifications or training are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in or with the Mumbai film, television, or advertising ecosystem is highly beneficial.
