Role Description The Technical Assistant will support day-to-day operations related to influencer campaigns and content production by providing timely technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal teams, creators, and brand partners. Responsibilities include handling basic hardware and software issues, maintaining media and collaboration tools, monitoring campaign platforms, and ensuring smooth technical execution of content uploads, livestreams, and analytics dashboards. The role involves coordinating with the account and creator management teams to resolve technical queries, maintain documentation of issues and solutions, and assist with onboarding of new tools and systems.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional team members in a rapid-paced environment.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills for resolving hardware, software, and platform-related issues.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to monitor campaign systems, interpret basic performance data, and identify technical trends or recurring problems.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms and collaborate effectively with creators, internal teams, and brand partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide patient, solution-focused support and maintain professional, respectful interactions with all stakeholders.
- Familiarity with media, influencer marketing, or digital content platforms (e.g., social media tools, CMS, project management software) is beneficial.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work in an on-site team environment, and adapt to evolving tools and workflows.
- Relevant certification or coursework in IT support, computer applications, or a related technical field is an advantage; prior experience in a technical support or assistant role is preferred.
