Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Professional will engage with customers in-store, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, handling inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting visual merchandising and stock management. The role also involves processing transactions accurately, following company policies, and contributing to sales targets and promotional activities.



Collaboration with team members and reporting on sales performance will be integral to this position.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry, with strong customer-facing skills.
- Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide tailored product suggestions to support closing sales.
- Comfort with basic POS systems, billing procedures, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail in a showroom environment.
- High level of integrity and reliability, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury products and willingness to continuously learn about product lines and trends.
- Minimum of a 12th
- Prior experience in New Delhi retail markets or familiarity with local customer preferences is a plus.
