Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and driving growth. This role includes managing sales performance, supervising order processing, and coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The Business Manager will monitor key performance indicators, analyze sales and inventory data, and prepare regular reports to support decision-making and planning. The role involves managing budgets, optimizing costs, and identifying new business opportunities, as well as supporting compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.



The Business Manager will also lead and develop a small team, ensuring clear communication, goal setting, and continuous improvement in processes and service quality.
Qualifications

- Strong business operations and sales management skills, with experience in coordinating distribution or retail activities.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and basic financial management, including use of spreadsheets and business software.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams, with clear and professional communication.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching to achieve business targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in distribution, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site work in West Delhi and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
