Position Title: Primary Hindi Teacher

Job Summary

The Primary Hindi Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging Hindi lessons for primary grade students, fostering language development, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in alignment with the CBSE curriculum and school standards. The teacher should create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports holistic student development.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons for primary school students.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills in Hindi.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids as per curriculum requirements.
- Conduct periodic assessments and maintain accurate academic records.
- Support slow learners and provide enrichment activities for advanced learners.
- Integrate activity-based and experiential learning methodologies in the classroom.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic documentation.

Classroom Management

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Encourage student participation and interactive learning.
- Monitor student behavior, attendance, and overall progress.
- Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.

Communication & Coordination





- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for academic planning and school activities.

Co-Curricular Participation

- Support school events, competitions, celebrations, and cultural activities.
- Participate in assemblies, language-related activities, and school programs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi / Relevant Subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory

Experience

- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.

- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Valuable classroom management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Basic computer proficiency for academic documentation and online teaching support.
- Patient, energetic, and student-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle primary students with care and enthusiasm.
- Creative teaching methodologies and activity-based learning approach.
