- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Passion for working with children and activity-based learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging Abacus and Robotics classes for students
- Teach concepts through hands-on activities, games, and practical sessions
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities
- Guide students in problem-solving, logical thinking, and creativity
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom
- Support school events, competitions, workshops,
and exhibitions related to STEM learning
- Coordinate with parents and management regarding student performance when required
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Abacus techniques and mental math training
- Basic understanding of Robotics, Coding, Electronics, or STEM education
- Ability to handle students of different age groups
- Creative, energetic, and patient teaching approach
