Job summary : We are seeking caring, patient & dedicated Mother Teacher to support the holistic development of young learners in their foundational years. The mother teacher acts as a primary caregiver & mentor creating a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students in Mathematics, Science, English and Value Education.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
- Assess student understanding and progress through regular tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Provide individualized support and intervention to students as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to ensure a holistic approach to student education.
- Participate in career development activities to stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
- Conduct classroom activities and lessons.
- Monitor and assess student progress.
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Required Qualification & SKILLS :
- Graduate or postgraduate with B.ed preferred
- Minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in schools preferred.
