Job Title : High School Hindi Teacher (CBSE) Job Summary : A High School Hindi Teacher is responsible for teaching Hindi Language and Literature to students of Grades VI -X as prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The teacher develops students’ reading, writing, grammar, and literary appreciation skills while preparing them for CBSE Board Examinations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver Hindi lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Teach prose, poetry, grammar (Vyakaran), writing skills, and literature as per prescribed textbooks.
- Prepare students for Class X CBSE Board Examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and question papers based on CBSE examination pattern.
- Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and pre-board examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creative writing, recitation, debates, and cultural/literary activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings,



and school academic planning.
- Use digital tools and interactive teaching strategies to enhance learning.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi).
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) - Mandatory.
- Master’s Degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi) preferred for senior secondary level.
- CTET/TET qualification (preferred as per school norms).
- 2-5 years of teaching experience preferred.
