Job Title: Academic Trainer

Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurgaon

Experience: 2-3 years

Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview : We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academics & Teacher Trainer responsible for enhancing teaching quality across centers, designing curriculum frameworks, and ensuring effective implementation of training programs. The role requires close coordination with centers, continuous teacher development, and driving excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct regular teacher training sessions, workshops, and academic events to enhance teaching standards.
- Provide constructive feedback, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing support to teachers.
- Assist senior academic staff in planning and executing curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Design and develop a structured academic curriculum, including timelines, topics, and instructional hours.
- Create engaging training content such as videos, activities, assessments, and quizzes.
- Develop and share manuals, SOPs, and guidelines for effective use of training materials and curriculum delivery.




- Monitor and evaluate teacher performance and training effectiveness through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Act as the primary point of contact for centers for all academic-related queries, support, and guidance.
- Continuously innovate and implement new teaching methodologies and strategies to improve the overall learning experience.
- Ensure consistency and quality in curriculum delivery across all centers.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Strong understanding of early childhood education and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate educators.
- Content creation skills (training modules, videos, activities).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel for center visits, training sessions, and workshops.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
