We are seeking a passionate and academically solid Foundation Year Coordinator to lead the Foundational Stage (Nursery to Grade 2) in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and CBSE guidelines.

This role is pivotal in building a joyful, developmentally appropriate, and future-ready learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement the Foundational Stage framework as per NEP 2020.
- Lead curriculum planning aligned with play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning .
- Ensure integration of Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) goals.
- Oversee lesson planning, assessment frameworks, and classroom strategies.
- Drive multilingual approach and competency-based learning.
- Review and standardize lesson plans across Nursery to Grade 2.
- Ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines and age-appropriate learning outcomes.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and classroom best practices.
- Monitor classroom delivery through observations and feedback.
- Mentor and train teachers on NEP-aligned pedagogies.
- Conduct regular academic review meetings.
- Identify teacher development needs and organize workshops.




- Ensure consistency in classroom setting and documentation.
- Ensure holistic development — cognitive, socio-emotional, language, and motor skills.
- Monitor student progress and intervene where necessary.
- Create inclusive learning environments.
- Strengthen parent communication regarding child development milestones.
- Maintain academic documentation and records.
- Coordinate assessments and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and school policies.
- Support admission interactions for foundational grades.
- B.Ed / ECCEd (mandatory).
- 5-8 years of experience in CBSE schools, with at least 2-3 years in an academic leadership role.
- Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and Foundational Stage guidelines .

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
