Job Overview : The Early Years Programme (EYP) Coordinator will lead and manage the Early Years section, ensuring effective curriculum implementation and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and coordinate the Early Years Programme in line with the school’s academic framework.
- Guide and mentor Early Years teachers in lesson planning, teaching strategies, and classroom management.
- Ensure the effective implementation of inquiry-based and play-based learning practices.
- Monitor lesson plans, assessments, and student progress.




- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Organize and facilitate professional development for Early Years staff.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to uphold academic standards.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student development.
- Ensure classrooms are protected, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for young learners.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree / Early Childhood Education.
- 5-7 years of teaching experience in Early Years, with prior leadership or coordination experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and child development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
