The Preschool & Daycare Teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for young children. She will plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities, manage daily routines, and support children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development in alignment with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom and daycare environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
- Follow Montessori and play-based teaching methods to encourage independent learning.
- Observe, record, and assess children’s progress regularly.
- Maintain classroom hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage daily routines including snack time, nap time, outdoor play, and other structured activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development, daily updates, and concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth school operations.
- Handle children with empathy, patience, and respect.
- Follow all school policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Help for home work and tutor afterschool care children.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training preferred.




- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with preschool or daycare children.
- Robust communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Passionate about working with children and helping them grow.
- Energetic, creative, and patient personality.
- Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices.
