Educational Support: Ensure the effective implementation of the brand's educational curriculum and standards.

Provide guidance on pedagogical methods, teaching materials, and classroom management. Facilitate ongoing training for teachers and staff to keep them updated on the latest educational practices and policies.

Managerial Support: Guide franchisees in day-to-day operational management, including staffing, scheduling, and administrative processes.

Offer guidance on maintaining a positive and inclusive learning setting for children. Implement standardized management practices to ensure consistency across all franchise locations.

Problem-Solving: Act as a central point of contact for addressing challenges and concerns raised by franchisees.

Work collaboratively with franchisees to identify and implement solutions to operational and educational issues. Provide timely and effective problem-solving strategies to maintain a smooth operation of each franchise.

Training:



Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for new franchisees, ensuring they understand the brand's values, educational philosophy, and operational procedures.

Provide ongoing training to existing schools to keep them abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Audit and Visits: Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to ensure compliance with brand standards, educational guidelines, and operational protocols. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement based on audit findings.

Communication: Foster open and transparent communication between the teachers, staff, seniors and subordinates. Organize meetings, webinars, or conferences to share updates, best practices, and new initiatives.
