Key Responsibilities

- Provide career guidance and college counseling, helping students make informed academic and career choices.
- Guide students and parents on higher education pathways (India & Abroad) and admission requirements.
- Support and facilitate standardized assessments such as SAT, AP, ACT, CEMC , and other relevant exams, with the school serving as a centre where applicable.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions globally; organize workshops, university interactions, and exposure opportunities.
- Stay updated on global admission trends, scholarships, and university policies.
- Collaborate with faculty and school leadership to implement career guidance programs.
- Foster robust relationships with students, parents, Teachers and external stakeholders.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience :

- 2-10 years of experience in career counseling, college admissions, or student guidance
- Prior experience in a school or education setting preferred
- Experience in conducting one-on-one sessions and group workshops
- Exposure to working with universities and external partners is an advantage

Salary : Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
