Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day library operations and maintain a well-organized collection
- Assist students and teachers in locating resources and reference materials
- Maintain library records, issue/return systems, and cataloguing
- Plan reading activities and promote a culture of reading among students
- Ensure proper upkeep, hygiene, and discipline within the library
- Support academic staff with study materials and research needs
- Stay on campus as part of the residential staff and participate in school routines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science (B.Lib / M.Lib preferred)
- Prior experience in school/college library management is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-friendly with basic computer skills
