Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain products/services clearly
- Answer customer queries and resolve concerns
- Greet and welcome visitors in a skilled manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Maintain office supplies inventory
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
- Good listening skills and patience
