Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle patient appointments (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp)
- Maintain patient records and registration details
- Manage billing, payments, and invoices
- Answer calls and respond to patient queries
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth patient flow
- Follow up with patients for appointments, treatments, and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Assist in promoting clinic services and offers
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree
- Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English required)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)
- Locals near to madhurawada are preferred
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Prior experience in clinic/hospital/reception (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle patients politely and manage pressure
