Equilibrium Climbing Station is hiring a Front of House Manager to be the welcoming face of our gym and the driving force behind a seamless member experience. In this full-time, in office role, you'll lead and develop our front desk team — handling scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching — while ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels at home, whether they're picking up chalk for the first time or logging their hundredth visit.

Day to day, you'll oversee check-ins, day passes, membership sign-ups, and member enquiries, while managing opening and closing procedures and keeping the reception area running like clockwork. You'll be the first point of contact for member concerns, resolving issues on the spot and flagging anything safety-related without hesitation. Working closely with our climbing, coaching, and events teams, you'll help align operations with what's happening across the gym, track attendance and membership metrics, and keep our POS system, retail display,



and documentation processes accurate and tidy.

We're looking for someone with at least two years of supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing workplace — fitness, hospitality, or leisure settings are a great fit. You're a natural with people: warm, patient, and unfazed by a busy front desk or a difficult conversation. You're organised, quick to pick up new systems, and flexible enough to cover early mornings, evenings, or weekends when needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
