We have an urgent opening for the position of Centre Business Manager for Retail Diagnostic Centre

We are looking for a agile Centre Business Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and drive diagnostic revenue. This is a target-based role focused on ensuring smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists
- Drive daily diagnostic revenue generation
- Convert pharmacy customers through prescription evaluation
- Engage with the customer database through calling activities
- Conduct hotspot and local engagement activities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth centre functioning
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to enhance patient services
- Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues
- Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Phlebotomist, Diagnostics, Nursing Home, or related operations

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
