Job Title : CRM Executive (Client Relationship & Payment Follow-up)

Location : Near Shivaji Park Metro Station, Opp Metro Pillar No. 149

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain and update CRM data and client records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment status and updates.
- Provide prompt responses to client queries and concerns.
- Send payment reminders and keep proper follow-up records.
- Support management with client communication and reporting when required.

Skills Required :

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and maintain records.
- Experience & Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,188.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month
