Role Description : The Cashier plays a critical role in managing all financial transactions while also handling online and telephonic orders, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and a seamless customer experience across multiple ordering channels. This position acts as a key control point between customer orders and execution, responsible for billing precision, order entry, and communication with service and kitchen teams. The role contributes directly to revenue integrity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by ensuring that both walk-in and remote orders are processed smoothly and accurately.

KRA & KPI (Performance Indicators) : Billing accuracy and transaction management → Ensuring error-free billing and proper order mapping

Online & telephonic order handling → Accurately taking and entering remote orders without delays

Payment handling and reconciliation → Managing cash, digital, and card transactions with accuracy

POS system efficiency → Ensuring smooth and quick billing and order punching during peak hours

Customer interaction and responsiveness → Handling queries and orders politely across all channels





Cash discipline and accountability → Maintaining proper records and zero discrepancies

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle billing and generate accurate invoices
- Manage all payment modes (cash, UPI, card, etc.)
- Take and process online and telephonic orders
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system
- Maintain daily cash register and reconciliation
- Ensure smooth and quick checkout experience
- Handle basic customer queries related to orders and payments
- Maintain proper transaction and order records

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
