Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately using the POS system
- Accept cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments
- Issue bills, receipts, and maintain transaction records
- Assist customers with product prices, offers, discounts, and exchange policies
- Coordinate with sales staff during busy hours
- Pack ethnic wear items carefully to maintain fabric quality and presentation
- Manage returns, exchanges, and alterations billing if applicable
- Keep the cash counter clean, organized, and attractive
- Balance the cash drawer and prepare daily sales reports
- Promote membership cards, festive offers, and loyalty programs
- Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and customer payment details
- Support inventory checks for billed and returned items
- Ensure smooth customer flow during festive seasons and wedding sales periods
