- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks as per hotel service standards
- Explain menu items, especially Kerala cuisine, to guests
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well arranged
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
- Assist in closing duties and restaurant setup
Requirements :
- Experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene
