Job Summary : The Matrimonial Sales & Service Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting clients in finding suitable matrimonial matches, and promoting matrimonial services. The role involves both sales activities and customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain matrimonial services and packages.
- Assist clients in profile creation, updates, and partner search.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Maintain regular communication with registered members and provide match suggestions.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update records in the system.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
