Job Title : Customer Support Associate (Chat Process)

Salary : ₹14,000 ₹15,500 per month

Shift : 9 hours (8 hours login + 1 hour break)

Timing : Rotational shifts

Working Days : 6 days working with 1 rotational week off

Key Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries via chat and voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a skilled and empathetic approach.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualification :

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any discipline)
- Prior experience in BPO or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
