Week-offs : 1 rotational week-off

Job description: Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

2. Providing customer service through voice interactions.

3. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements :

1. Graduate and Under-graduate both.

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to work in a dynamic and quick-paced environment.
