- Order Packing & Organization : Placing food and beverage items safely into appropriate containers, ensuring warm and cold items are separated.
- Safety & Sealing : Sealing containers to prevent spillage or tampering and ensuring packing materials comply with health and safety standards.
- Quality Inspection : Checking that food is prepared correctly, matches the order ticket, and is properly garnished before leaving the kitchen.
- Labeling & Documentation : Marking containers with order information (e.g., item name, customer name, order ID) and ensuring complete documentation for accuracy.
- Inventory & Cleaning : Tracking packaging material inventory and maintaining a clean, sanitized packing station.
- Coordination : Working with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and coordinating with delivery drivers for efficient dispatch.
