Responsibilities :
- Ensure customers receive good service and support in every interaction
- Help customers by providing correct information and solutions
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- Shifts : Rotational (Day and Night)
- Working Days : 5 days a week
