Completely inbound domestic voice with no sales / marketing target. : Work Location : Dalhousie, Kolkata (Work from office)

Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls (non - technical) and assist in query solving
- Transfer calls to relevant departments as required
- Maintain professional and helpful tone

Eligibility :

- Fresher with Honors Graduation mandatory :

- Fresher from technical field like BBA, BCA, BMS, etc. :

- Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; English is a plus

- Flexible working in all shifts as**:

- Morning: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM - Evening: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Night: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM**

- Open to 6 day’s work week

- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits :

- Fixed salary and allowance up-to INR 14,000.00 per month
