Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT services
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Clearly explain company offerings (web development, software services, IT support, etc.)
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets
- Handle customer queries professionally and confidently
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong fluency in British English (accent clarity preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Basic understanding or interest in IT services (training provided)
- Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools are a plus)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B calling
- Prior exposure to IT services or software sales
- Lead generation experience in international markets (UK preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
