About the Role

What You Will Be Doing

- Monitor critical systems and proactively address operational risks
- Analyze logs, system behavior, and transaction flows to identify root causes
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and client-facing teams to deliver solutions
- Implement fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes following established processes
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
- Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line tools
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and production support processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Strong communication, analytical,



and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in payments, transaction processing, switching, or banking systems
- Knowledge of financial services, payment lifecycle, or card transaction processing
- Exposure to production support in high-availability environments
- Familiarity with shell scripting and automation techniques
- Understanding of networking concepts and distributed systems
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management practices
