As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting the company’s dental product offerings. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with dental professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Roles&Responsibilities;: -

- TolookafterthewholegamutofCRMfunction.Shewillberesponsibleforpost
- sales activities.
- Developingharmoniousrelationwithcustomers.




- Actsasasinglepointofcontactforclientsrightfromdesignconfirmationuntil handing over.
- Maintainingthetracksheet.Updatingtheprojectstatusonaregularbasis
- Implementationoftheprocesslaiddownfordealingwithcustomers,ensuring timely response
- toalltheirqueriesinatransparentmanner.
- Resolvingcustomercomplaintsquicklyandefficiently.Keepingcustomersupdated on the project status.

EducationandExperience: -

- ExperiencerequiredMinimum6month
- ExperienceinCustomerservicehandlingInboundcalls

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
