Job Overview HJ Unicare is looking for a dynamic and empathetic Bangla-speaking Executive to join our team. The role involves telecalling, patient coordination, and supporting medical tourism services for patients seeking quality treatment in India and UAE.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound telecalling with prospective patients
- Communicate effectively in Bangla (speaking and understanding)
- Guide patients through treatment options and hospital coordination
- Assist in patient onboarding and documentation
- Coordinate medical travel arrangements when required
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluency in Bangla (mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare (preferred)




- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
- Willingness to travel if required
