Key Responsibilities :
- Present company services including website development , digital marketing packages , and software solutions .
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up on leads.
- Keep track of leads, conversions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT, websites, and digital marketing.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of websites, SEO, social media marketing, and software solutions , Telecom :
- Ability to present technical products in simple, client-friendly terms.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
